• Information about the association's activities - sending reports about events in India (usually five times a year by e-mail), as well as a review of the year about what we were able to achieve together.
• Information about events - About once a year we want to report about what we have been able to achieve in India and are happy to invite to this event as usual. If the occasion arises, we will also inform you about further events related to Shining Eyes.
• Donation receipts - Furthermore we use your personal data to send you a donation receipt (by mail). We would like to point out that we are legally obliged to store the donation data (name, address, bank account, amount and date of donation) for 10 years.

If you do not want to agree to the described use of your data, please write an e-mail with the subject "Unsubscribe from the mailing list and delete data" to shining_eyes@gmx.de. 

The personal data provided will not be passed on to outsiders of the association. The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of the association. 

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The same occurs for the use of the links to our social media accounts, since these platforms don´t comply with European but with American law. 

The content and work on these pages created by the site operator, especially photographs and texts, are subject to German copyright law. Contributions of third parties are marked as such. 

The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. 

Downloads and copies of these pages are permitted for private, non-commercial use.
